apohealth is the online shop of Bienen-Apotheke Laimer Platz in Munich, Germany.
The owner and operator of the Pharmacy and Online-Pharmacy (ail-order Pharmacy) is the German Pharmacist Michael Grintz.

In the Versandhandelsregister (Mail Order Register of the German "Bundesinstitut für Arzneimttel und Medizinprodukte" (BfArM), you will find pharmacies and other dealers who are officially allowed to sell human medicines over the Internet.
This gives you more transparency when trading pharmaceuticals on the Internet.

Products, Quality and Safety
We carry the complete range of a German pharmacy and thus over 30,000 items:
From pharmaceuticals, veterinary medicines, naturopathy and high-quality nutritional supplements to cosmetics, drugstore items and dressings, as well as many other products that you can usually get in a pharmacy.

We are a pharmacy registered in Germany and approved for mail order.
Our products meet the high requirements for pharmacy products in Germany and are purchased exclusively directly from the manufacturer and through reliable suppliers (e.g. pharmacy wholesalers).
You receive the same products on apohealth as in our local pharmacy and thus 100% of the quality of a German Pharmacy.

For some drugs, we limit the maximum quantity that can be ordered for reasons of drug safety.
In this way, we want to protect our customers and ensure the safety of the revenue.
If you could not find the product you are looking for in our store, please try again using the PZN (Pharmaceutical Central Number).
You can find the PZN-Barcode on the packaging of your product or also on the manufacturer's site.
Shipping and Delivery
We are very proud to make our products available to customers in Germany, Europe, USA and many other countries.
Whether we also deliver to you will be displayed after you enter the delivery address.

When ordering on weekdays until 1 pm, we usually ship the same day and no later than the next business day.
Orders received after 1pm are usually shipped the next business day.
The delivery time depends on the delivery address and the selected shipping method.
In Germany the delivery time is usually 1-2 business days, in many cases the delivery is already the next day.
Within Europe, the delivery time in standard shipping is usually 3-6 business days, depending on the country.
To the USA, depending on the delivery address, the delivery time is usually 7-14 business days for standard shipping, and 1-3 business days for express shipping.

In individual cases, external influences and unforeseeable events may result in extended delivery times.

Our delivery partners are e.g. DHL, DHL Express, UPS, DPD, Austrian Post, USPS and many local international postal companies.
We have sent you the tracking number by e-mail at the moment your order was shipped.
In your order confirmation you will also find more information and a link to the tracking page for your order.
Occasionally, the delivery of a package may be delayed a few days.
In this case, we ask for a little patience.
If your order has not been delivered even after several days, please contact us at shop@apohealth.de.
Payment
We offer several secure payment methods in our store.
For example, you can choose between credit card, PayPal, Sofortüberweisung (sofort.com) and invoice.
The availability of certain payment methods may vary in individual cases.
We accept VISA, Mastercard and AMEX (American Express).
You will receive your invoice or receipt separately by e-mail.
If you have not received a receipt, please feel free to contact us at shop@apohealth.de.
At apohealth.de, you can view the prices of products in different currencies based on the daily exchange rate.
At the bottom right of the screen you can switch between different currencies.
Payment is always made in euros, so in the checkout you will only see the price in euros.
Your purchase on apohealth.de always takes place in euros.
Order and Return
To register returns, please contact us at shop@apohealth.de so we can provide you with a free return label, if applicable.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at shop@apohealth.de so that we can provide you with the necessary information.
Returned products will be checked in our returns department, this may take a few days.
You will receive your refund afterwards on the original payment method of the order.
You can redeem a voucher directly in the checkout (one step after the shopping cart).
